Description
Indulge in a savory delight with our homemade Beef Stroganoff recipe. Tender beef, creamy sauce, and hearty flavors come together for a satisfying culinary experience. Bon appétit!
Instructions
- Cut the beef across grain in to about 1 1/2x1/2 - inch strips.
- Cook onions, mushrooms & garlic in butter in 10inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until onions are tender, remove from skillet.
- Cook the beef in same skillet, until brown. Stir in 1cup of broth, salt & Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling,
then reduce heat. Cover & simmer 15 mins.
- Stir remaining 1/2cup broth in to flour, stir in to beef mixture. Add onion mixture, heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil & stir 1 min. Stir in sour cream, heat until hot (do not boil). Serve over noodles.

- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Teaspoon
- Gold Medal™ All Purpose Flour - 1/4 Cup
- Sour cream - 1 1/2 cup
- Hot cooked egg noodles - 3 Cup
