If you want to reduce weight, boil a glass of water well. Add 2 sticks of cinnamon to it and close the stove. When
the water is hot, add 2 teaspoons of honey to it and drink half a glass. Keep the rest in the fridge and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.

Cleansing oily skin can be a challenging task. Mix 2 teaspoons of ground almonds in a cup of rose water. Then strain
