Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces with all ingredients & set aside for 4 hours (minimum 1 hour).
- Pre-heat oven to 250-degrees C with top & bottom flame on.
- Place chicken pieces on baking tray or a wire rack. Drizzle some cooking oil on each piece & place rack close to the top flame.
- Grill for 20 mins & check if chicken is cooked. In case if top flame is on, then turn chicken pieces after 10 mins of cooking.
- Remove from oven when chicken is cooked, serve hot with onion rings, mint chutney, and lemon wedges.
